Part Time Server - Bartender / Serving Focus (minimum wage + pooled tips)
P/T, 15 - 20 hours per week
Basic Responsibilities
Our bartenders are responsible for serving a small bar section of six seats and making house cocktails, mocktails, coffee beverages and other custom ordered drinks from our full bar.
Qualifications Knowledge
• WA State Food Handlers Permit and MAST Certifications (can be obtained within two weeks of hiring)
• Previous restaurant FOH, serving, or bartending experience required.
Part Time Server - Host / Serving Focus (minimum wage + pooled tips)

Basic Responsibilities
Responsible for creating a friendly and welcoming environment within the front of house; greeting, seating, communicating menu options, taking customer orders and running food.
Qualifications Knowledge
• WA State Food Handlers Permit and MAST Certifications (can be obtained within two weeks of hiring)
• Previous restaurant FOH or serving experience required.
Restaurant Prep/Line Cook ($18 - $24 p/hour D.O.E. + pooled tips)
P/T, 15 - 20 hours per week
Basic Responsibilities

• Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follows recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
• Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
• Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
• Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
• Assists with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas.
• Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the chef, sous chef or kitchen manager at any time.
Qualifications Knowledge
• Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Previous prep or line cook experience.
Smokehouse Personnel (Food Truck): Line Cook ($18 - $24 p/hour + pooled tips)
Basic Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen. Execute menu correctly and efficiently.
Essential Functions:
• Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follows recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
• Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
• Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
