Steve Eirschele
Fine Art Photography
“I am a fine art photographer and printer living here on Whidbey Island with my wife, two sons and our dog. My passion for photography began more than 50 years ago at UW- Madison, where I picked up my first 35mm camera. Over the years, I built three wet chemistry darkrooms and honed my fine art photography skills while attending workshops and classes with renowned photographers and educators. Although I appreciate creating color images, black and white photography is my true passion. I take great pride in printing and framing all my work. My images have earned my many awards as well as being recognized in galleries, international publications and juried competitions, including last year’s fine art exhibit at the Anacortes Arts Festival, and have been on display for over three years at Evergreen Healthcare in Kirkland. All of these photos on display are ready for immediate sale. If you see an image you enjoy but would like a different size or unframed, please contact me. Since I print and frame my work, I can make pretty much any size you would like.”
